We have our own designer in house . So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF,etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

For existing samples. It takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.

USA, Canada, US, Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Japan, etc.

The certificate by SGS, FDA, LFGB etc, generally we apply for the certification service according to the customers’ specific requirement in case of need.

Sure. We usually provide existing samples for free. But the sample charge for custom design. The sample charge is refundable when is up to certain quantity, we usually send sample by express like FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight to our Paypal, we will ship with our account, it takes about 2-4 days reach.
